A New Beginning
The Long Game
I don’t do anything quickly. I think everything through deeply, only acting when I think I can execute it perfectly. These wines have been envisioned so many times I can hardly believe they’re here! Done may be better than perfect but even better, these wines are perfect because they are done.
Small Batch
This project has been many years in the making. I was finally prompted into action by the chance to buy 2 tonnes of Chardonnay grapes off the Stanleigh Park Vineyard and 1 tonne of Tempranillo from Tinklers’ Pokolbin Mountain Vineyard in the Hunter Valley - an opportunity I couldn’t resist! I hope you enjoy drinking these wines as much as I did making them.

‘I get by with a little help from my friends…’ A pigeon pair of white and red, the Chardonnay and Tempranillo have been made with the help of many encouraging people who have pushed me along the way. A huge acknowledgment has to go to Brokenwood Wines for allowing this project to occur.
